    Looking for some experienced guidance

    Age: 51, will turn 52 in November
    Weight: 204, had lost down to 194 about this time last year, than regained due to lack of exercise and work related requirements.

    Height: 5'-10"

    I am not on any meds, my blood work is excellent except for glucose which is 5.9% and anything above 5.7% is considered high, (pre-diabetic)

    My goal is too work-out a minimum of 3 times a week, preferably 4. Last year I was accomplishing this by doing about 60% to 70% of the P90x routine

    I take a multi vitamin, along with MSM, Magnesium, and Naicin daily
    When I work out I drink 25 grams of protien post work-out.

    I cycled 30 25 mg tablets of MK-677 about six months ago and was pleased with how it improved my strength which was the goal, but I gained about 4 pounds during the process some of which was water rentention. My body fat is probably 20% or more and I would like to lose about 15 lbs. of fat while maintaining muscle. Any suggestions or guidance would be appreciated on the possibility of trying some of the SARMS.

    First - base your diet around low GI unprocessed carbs like brown rice, oatmeal and sweet potato. You don't want to cause rapid increases in blood sugar based on your blood work. You are pre-diabetic and can easily become type 2 diabetic if you don't keep your blood sugar levels stable.

    I hate to be the bearer of bad news but SARMS can only be legally sold as a research chemical liquid. Any capsulated SARMS product is most likely going to be fake or laced with a pro-hormone. You most likely experience water retention from the capsuled MK-677 because it was actually a pro-hormone.

    Remember to always purchase SARMS as a research chemical liquid. The SARMS source most of us on the board use is sarms1.com.

    The triple stack is combination of S4 + ostarine + cardarine.
    S4 will increase lean mass and strength
    ostarine will increase recovery
    cardrine is the best SARM for fat loss
    You get the best of everything by stacking the 3 together.

    There is a reason the triple stack is so commonly recommended. It works. Thats what I recommend based on your goals and stats.

    If you want to use some PED's, then SARMS would definitely be the best beginning - they are legal to buy, they have minimal side effects, and there is no trouble with all the ancillaries and PCT protocols. They are not as potent as steroids are, but their effects may be well more than enough for you. Just make sure to be getting the real ones, from such sources as sarms1.com and the likes. If you will have on hand the real deal, then I am sure that you will have a really nice ride with them.

    I like the Triple Stack but would swap out the GW Cardarine for SR-9009. It is very similar to GW as far as fat loss and endurance but one of its added benefits are that it helps to lower blood glucose levels. This might be great in your situation.

    If you goal is to get serious about gaining size and strength then you should buy the book "Bigger. Leaner, Stronger" by Michael Matthews. The guy has basically summed up exactly what I have learned through 25 years of lifting weights. Everything in the book is 100% true and all backed up by scientific research papers listed at the end of the book.

    P90x is not a good routine for gaining size and strength. It it total garbage in my opinion so you need to do something else involving heavy weights and compound exercises.

    Also consider getting the sarms in liquid form, because you might run risk of taking something different when you take the pill form
