Both couldn't hurt. There are far better oils out there than cod liver oil though. I prefer 1200 mg salmon oil 3x-4x per day, but any high-quality omega 3 combined with a healthy diet and exercise will work wonders for blood pressure and cholesterol.
either one is sufficient... if you are looking for a performance enhancer with cholesterol lowering capabilities then look at gw-501516 at www.sarms1.com It has the capability of not only being the maximum performance enhancer but also raises good cholesterol and lowers the bad... 20 mg day...
It would not hurt to do both but MUCH better options than cod. You could also look into polycosinol/pytosterols

what type of workout's do you do? you need to add in cardio, to start and end your workouts. and if you have an off day, use it for 45min of light cardio.
