starting thinking i need to bulk so just bought a tub of max mass gainer but want to know how much whey i should add? I want to do 100grams of protein per serving until I get to around 500grams per day is this safe?
That depends on what protein you are consuming.Absorption of protein in the average male body is around 60 grams. Shooting for 100grams per serving might not get the best ratio to absorb
