    Milk thistle vs. Regular liver support

    I was told milk thistle was good for the liver. I run steroids here and there and a bunch of orals which are bad for the liver. Someone told me to drink milk thistle and I told them I donít drink dairy but they then explained it was a plant or something. I am trying to figure out what you think I should be using for best liver support.

    yes it is a flowering plant, they make it into a supplement which is good for liver. but n2guard already has it and much mroe

    N2Guard has a bunch of good ingredients for the liver including milk thistle. Much better bet to get that instead.
