    Is millet bad for you?

I've recently gone gluten free and was thinking of starting to eat millet, but I heard it can be bad for your thyroid. I also heard that they MAY not be true and was based off of an outdated study. I also heard that Proso Millet is okay, but not Pearl Millet, but that Pearl Millet is used a lot in products. I am confused. Someone please clarify this.

bro millet is kind of like a bad quality oatmeal...i suggest oatmeal if its millet vs oat....or nothing if you can do it...

I've never eaten millet, and I would stick with whole oats myself. Do you have a disease causing gluten sensitivity?

oats in moderation. oats wouldn't be too bad if not for the rest of peoples diets

i do consume some oats myself but i also consume a lot of fruits and veggies too.

obviously make sure they are raw and organic. not oatmeal from a package
