Would you guys say the most important thing to cut out of your life would be sugar right? If we truly cut all processed sugar from our diets we would in turn lose alot of weight right ?

refined sugars, breads, flour, etc.

anything processed including meats like sausage/bacon etc.

sugary drinks obviously

dairy obviously

eat a natural whole food diet. you won't get fat if you consume raw honey or fruit since they are natural. the body knows the difference between eating 500 calories of watermelon vs. 500 calories of a donut

No. While cutting it is healthy losing weight is also about total calories. So if you cut 100grams of sugar and replaced it with something else you'd be no better off

Well it depends.
There are obviously certain foods that are not as healthy as other foods but eventually it all comes down to moderation.
Yes, cutting all the process junk food out of your diet and replacing with healthier options will most certainly help you to lose weight but that's not to say you can't sometimes enjoy your life and have something other than chicken and rice.

Exactly! Anything and everything processed has got to go!
