    multi's can help with strength?

i want to know if multi vitamins can help with strength or if i should get something else? I'm very weak. I only weigh 120 pounds at 5'5" skin and bones very little to no muscle on my frame. I can only bench about 85 pounds with a spotter. I know i have a lot of room to improve over the next few years and am working with a trainer.

No they won't help with strength but eating more food and consistent training will help.

Just learn to eat properly and start training. If you start to develop good habits and stick to it you will get some nice "beginner gains". Gotta start somewhere.

No multis do not make you stronger. Food is your best tool coupled with a good training program
