multi vitamins on the market

I am currently using vitacraves men’s multivitamin I got from the drug store cvs locally, it is like $5 each after discount and they are gummies. I am 62 years old and my joints hurt, been using these for 2 months and no help at all. Can you please tell me if this stuff is even worth it to keep taking or should I try something else?

I think a healthy diet and exercise is far better than multivitamin supplements. In fact, absorbing vitamins and minerals found in fruit is optimized if you eat the fruit itself, as many phytochemicals help the absorption and are beneficial separately. I would personally only recommend taking a vitamin if you have a condition (i.e. low blood levels of a certain substance), and I'd get a couple doctors' opinion first too.

Good quality supplements aren't cheap, and cheap supplements aren't good quality. Is there a reason you can't work on your diet?
