    Multi without zma

Is there any multivitamin without zinc, magnesium, and B6?
I want to take a zma supplement as well as a multivitamin but not take to much of any nutrient

I suspect you wouldn't take too much regardless. Not unless you take far more of each than you should.

You'll be 100% fine take a multi that has it, and then taking ZMA in the evening. The amounts in the products are far far below anything that would cause any issues.

Are you already supplementing b6 zinc and magnesium? If not it shouldn't be a problem
