Muscle cramps

Hi all, I am not on a cycle currently and am lifting daily, I was curious if anyone had a suggested suppliment to combat muscle spasms and cramps. I am drinking 6-8 bottles of water a day and my diet is clean so I dont think its related to either of those. When I am working under my car or sitting in my office I keep getting cramps/spasms - Was thinking I am missing a vitamin or supplement that could ease these off. LMK if you have any ideas, thanks!

It might be an electrolyte imbalance. If you sweat a lot make sure you use salt in your foods and supplement with magnesium and/or potassium if that alone don't do it.
Also as Mobster said make sure to stretch regularly.

Muscle cramps are usually due to a magnesium deficiency. Very common among athletes
Calcium and magnesium fight each other for absorption too don't they? So it would be beneficial to run a straight magnesium supplement along with a multi-vitamin correct?
