    Muscle recovery

My problem is that when im working out Chest & Arms on Mondays and Wednesdays I can't even do the workout on wednesday because both my arms and chest still hurt from the previous workout. What should i do to recover my muscles faster? I know creatine will help but i dont want to take that, is there anything else i can do?

It's hard to give any solid advice before having more information about you, your training/lifestyle/nutrition etc.
You might be doing too much volume per session, too many exercises, too high intensity etc. Maybe you are not eating enough to support your recovery processes and so on.

However what I would recommend to do first is the lower the volume first and see how that affects to your recovery. If that doesn't help send me an email and I'll check it out in more detail (*shameless plug*).

you are only taking 47 hours off between workouts.. so the solution is simple. work those large muscles out every 4-5 days only. not every other day

also you over train your chest guess what will happen? goodbye rotator cuff
you over train arms? goodbye wrist and elbow joints. great way to get tendonitis and then you will be fucked. and as you get older it doesn't get any easier

if you want to 'take something' to recover faster.. nutrobal or HGH. a supplement? check out ancient strength or n2generate

Don't do chest and arms on both days.

If you are doing everything twice a week, and you aren't recovered properly by the next time your workout comes around, you are doing too much in those workouts. Drop the volume down. That also means you aremt allowing enough time to repair and build muscle
