So, a little new here but wanted to get some feedback. Here's what I'm currently taking on a day to day basis.

NO-XPLOD - Yes, I know, energy drink, not much more.
Whey Protein Isolate - 20-40 grams per day.
CLA - To help cut fat.
Fish Oil - Sore muscles, good for skin too.
L-Glutamine - Muscle recovering and building.
Multivitamin - Obvious reasons.
Hoodia - Plain hoodia if I get too hungry at night.

All that plus eating clean. Any other suggestions for additional growth to my routine? Any criticism welcomed.
 
That all seems fine to me. I would also recommend adding 5g of creatine monohydrate every day.
 
if you need an energy drink there is something very wrong with your sleep quality and even diet

don't take those daily.. also i would like to see you swap out the whey protein for a natty test booster n2generate. it will make your gut happier and be much more effective for your goals here
 
I agree with Rick dial in with your diet first!
