    Natural appetite suppressant?

    Looking for a good natural appetite suppressent. Also some other non stim products that are good. I hear DCP might cause stomach issues? Anybody have stomach problems with DCP. Anyways, let me some good supps for appetite along with green tea or something like that?/

    If DCP is what I think it is it's best avoided

    the best way to suppress appetite believe it or not is to not eat when you wake up. when you throw food at your body you will want to eat over and over and over all day.

    but when you don't eat, just hydrate instead, you will not feel 'hungry' till later in the day. also it is important to feel hunger several times a day anyway, that is actually supposed to happen lol. i'm sure everyone grew up with parents who were paranoid about letting their kids get hungry, with tons of snacks in the house 24/7.. well that is great, but as adults we should know better than to stuff our face with food 10X a day. that isn't correct.

    Steve is 100% correct here without a doubt. I enjoy fasting until late afternoon and feel great running on empty.

    Coffee works as well...with the caffeine you will feel less hungry. At least it has such an effect on me...Hard gainer talking...

    Yeah my parents stuffed my face as a kid. Bad programming from a start! I just need to rewire my habits. Fasting has only been positively spoken about on these forums I see!

    we grew up being told we needed to eat breakfast and they pushed junk studies.

    cereal companies did a great job convincing our parents that cereal was healthy. cheerios still falsely claims that eating their cereal magically is good for the heart and they spend millions advertising it so people believe it. there source is some junk study.
