Need some help with sleep

I'm currently on a steroid cycle in my sleep has been suffering
I’ve been using a fan to help me sleep cause i get hot at night
But it isn’t helping enough. need a supplement that can help put me to sleep

I use GABA. Helps a ton for me. Used to use melatonin, which also works. Melatonin got me to sleep, but not stay asleep if that makes sense. Couple companies make some good before bed supps you could look into.
