The main take away I'm getting from this is that it might not be safe to consume certain sugar-free sweeteners while taking certain medications (but could cause other underlining effects yet not understood) Acesulfame potassium (Sunett and Sweet One) and sucralose (Splenda, many other brands) were studied specifically.

But a lot of this is over my head. Still worth a consideration while consuming artificial sweeteners.

I am 10000% against artificial sweeteners

we didn't spend 2M years evolving eating that shit. nor did any other animal.

sweeten things with raw honey, raw maple syrup, fruit

stay far away from artificial anything. refined oils also are killing us too
