    Opinions on taking this ?

I'm about to get back into the gym, and I've had some supplements (malto dextrin powder + creatine) sitting around for over 7 years in airtight containers.

Would these still be good to use? And if there's no harm in ingesting them, would they still have their "potency"?

    Much thanks!

That's a little older than I would mess with.

Thats a long time to be sitting around. I'd toss them.

Lol Iíve been using 5 year old vet grade injectable B-complex. I think the temperature is the main thing there but 7 years is a lot. You sure itís air tight? Also yeah, dextrose isnít worth it. Maybe creatine

Powders really need to be tossed after a couple years at most. The moisture can get in there even when sealed and grow all kinds of bad things...mold, bacteria, etc. That stuff is so cheap anyways bro...toss it.
