    OTC supps for weight gain?

One question, since there are a few of the pre-X generation here. I have read that testosterone levels drops as we all age (I'm sprinting towards the mid-40's now). How significant is this change, and if my goal is to put on about another 20lbs, are over-the-counter supps worth the effort?
    Thanks

Yes your testosterone levels drop as you age, but to tell how much you would need to get bloodwork done. For some it is much lower than others. For adding weight, eating more clean whole foods is the best way to go.

Diet and training will help maintain it at above average Joe levels.

It's all individual specific. You need bloodwork to see. There are guys carrying natural test levels above 600 to 700 well into their 60s and there are guys in their 20s in the 200s.

Adding muscle comes down to diet and training above all else. It gets harder as you get older and 20 lbs is a tall feat, but it can be done

One thing I'll advise is don't change the pre-cycle supps too much. Else too many changes might lead to 'what made me better/stronger/etc' when using a PED vs the supps.

And some people donít have an issue with testosterone when they get old at all. You have to get bloods to know.

check my signature for how to get bloods done, you also could flag other issues too so good idea

natural testosterone boosts are 99% garbage, the one that actually works though is n2generate because it has a shitload of ingredients at mega doses. great product!!

Have your doctor do blood work and check your test levels.
