What is a good pain reliever to take at night time for soreness? While on a cycle, Ive heard that ibuprofen is not good, because it blocks muscle building receptors?

you should not take a pain reliever for soreness.. you should rest and recover

this is weight training 101 type shit here. soreness comes with the territory and you need to condition your body over time, not throw drugs at it.

Muscle soreness is one thing and a diet, rest and recovery (a good hot shower will help) vs actual pain. And if you've pain you need to address that properly.

You're 1,000x better off concentrating on body maintenance vs. pain relievers

What I've read about these different pain relief medicines they actually end up doing more harm than good. You'd better off staying away from them.

Muscle soreness is not a reason to take drugs.

Personally I like when my muscles are fatigued.
