    Pill or powder?

I'm looking to buy some l-arginine from Now and I'm not sure whether to buy the powder or the tablet form, what is the main difference (apart from price) Is one form much better than the other?

No difference when it comes to results.
Like said pills are typically more expensive and you have to take a whole bunch of them.
Powder might have slightly faster absorption but that's about it.

I would get the powder. It's going to take a lot of pills to get an effective dose.
