I recently started into the world of body building. the main problem i run into is that everyone knows everything. but i cant get a solid answer on muscle recovery. what should i be taking? please help!
 
Recovery is all about giving yourself enough downtime and getting good sleep, not supplements.

Food and rest
 
Sleep alot and eat alot. Make sure you are training 3-4 times a week to see real results!
