Post workout shake

I'm looking to get a post-workout Shake put together
Using legion recharge watermelon flavor
go to mix it with some bananas, berries, and my whey protein powder.
anyone tried this and was the recovery improved or did it affect anything bad
 
i am not a fan at all of shakes.

they are extremely difficult to digest and do more harm than good cause instead of your body using energy to repair and recover your body it has to waste it on this

i would rather you take herbals n2generate or ancient strength creatine + get a hard nights sleep using nutrozol and n2sleep

get 2 scoops of whey protein and some fruits that should help and add in some ostazol 2-3 caps

2 scopps egg protein

peanut butter

Just you lol
 
One scoop or two at most with milk then a meal an hour later. Not food with the shake right after. No food will digest within half an hour of workout. A shake will!
