in that schedule my biggest meal would be mid day. i would make sure i evacuated before my early evening workout and then after i would eat a easy to digest meal. something like chicken breast, fruit, brocolli and rice. or eggs and fruit. just keeping it simple. nothing heavy on the stomach or something my body needs to work hard to digest. and then making sure i am in bed by 10pm and getting atleast 7-8 hours of sleep.
when on cycle i like to train mornings early, then come home and take an hour nap then go to work. that really helps my body recover from my workout
if i am cutting hard i have no issues training later in the day and then eating nothing after, just hydrating myself after. nice way to cut down
