Pre making shakes the night before?

Is there anything wrong with making you shakes the night before so you are ready to go the next day?

I was curious to know this because I have never heard any talk on the subject.

Can you? Sure. But then it takes SECONDS to make them anyway so...

Perfectly fine. I make mine the night before every day. Makes it easy to get up and throw my prepped meals in my lunchbox along with my protein and head right out the door to be at the gym at 5 am
 
Yeah you want to make sure its kept in the fridge or it will go bad.
 
i always have mine just before i hit the gym, i make it quick
i think yeah you can do it but make sure to shake it again
 
I mix the protein powder and ground oats into the protein shake container ready, but I don't add water until it's time to consume.

As for food, Yehh eat lots of clean good food but if on a good amount of gear I take those shakes between meals... Like a meal between meals. Get those gains.
