    Pre workout

    I am just curious how many of you spend money on and feel you benefit from using a pre-workout enough to spend money on it.

    Many years ago I spend lots of money to buy pre workout and fat burner because of I could not perform my traning without it and it's goes a addictive mode ...this forum help me to recover my addiction so my opinion don't use this but if you want to use then use only your back and legs day that's all PS it's a addictive

    I'm not anti-stimulants but they shouldn't be used daily and don't think that a pre-workout supplement is going to put 10 pounds of muscle on you.

    I would only spend money on a pre workout supplement if you have extra money left over after already buying the best quality food and more important staple supplements like fish oil and vitamin D.

    Never put any money on these pre-workout supplement.
    Coffee is the only thing I've been taking but personally I don't even consider that as a pre-workout or let's just say I don't use it for that purpose.

    I think there's something wrong with your lifestyle or nutrition etc if you constantly have the need to rely on these products to get your workouts done.

    I would only use them if you are really tired (lack of sleep that day, etc) and in that case just a cup of black coffee works.
