in my pre workout shake, ive been using whey isolate, but im wondering if i could switch to a blend with more concentrate. Is there any difference btwn using either pre workout?

Whey protein isolate should have more protein per gram than concentrate already.

Blends tend to be cheaper and higher in lactose.

If you want something that digest rapidly then I wouldn't change it.

What's the reason you want to change and have more concentrate?

isolate supposedly has way less or no lactose. so if you are like most people you will have a harder time digesting concentrate. i'm not a fan of protein powders before a workout, you don't want to digest anything during a workout while your body is already stressed
