    Pre workout

    Is it okay for me to take NoExplode and creatine before a workout and then creatine again after my workout. Ill be taking around 4 grams of creatine a day so probably 2 grams pre and post workout. I just wanted to make sure this wasnt going to really upset my stomach or hurt my insides?? Also would this be beneficial or would you recommend another way to take both these supplements?

    if you take too much mono creatine it is more likely to upset your stomach yes. don't overdose on it

    i would use ancient strength which has 3 different creatines

    Why are you splitting it? Absolutely unnecessary. Just take your full dose at once
