    Pre workout question

    If I take a pre workout would powder form be more effective than pill form ???

    No idea. Don't use pre-workouts other than coffee.
    I would assume powder form would absorb faster but can't really say for sure.

    pre workouts do not help your workouts, they hinder them

    not a shred of evidence proves otherwise, nor does common sense show that raising your HR during a workout does anything but make you weaker and more tired

    forget about pre workouts buddy .. Just drink some good black unsweetened coffee ..

    Me? I drink a moderate amount of coffee 1 hour before my workout .. half a pill of vitamin C 5 minutes before my workout, the pill being 1000mg .. 4 salted rice cakes on my way to the gym .. if I feel like I'm losing energy I always have something with sugar in it in my bag .. and this is how I've been rolling for quite sometime now ..
    I used to drink a huge cup of black coffee before training but it made me go insane I wanted to kill someone .. hope this helps and no btw pill or powder it's all the same bullcrap
