    Pre-workout supp for women?

    My girl wants a pre-workout supp she can take. But without all that “free testosterone” or muscle “pump”. A feminine PWO. I’ve been looking around. What do you all recommend?

    The same as for men but a lower dose. That said I use NONE.

    Same thing as men take. For the most part preworkouts don't have test boosters in them. Or she could just take caffeine if she doesnt want pump effects.

    I thought the same thing but she’s Latina and has been drinking coffee since she was a kid. Caffeine has little effect on her lol
