Price of supplement stack per month

how much should I budget per month for a supplement stack. If I were to get testosterone booster, liver support, fish oil, creatine, and Whey proteins it comes out to almost $500 a month. is this really how much I'm supposed to spend, that's like a car payment for crying out loud what do you recommend I do to save money

Drop the protein supplements and get your protein from food…test boosters are garbage so don’t even go there….liver support for what? If you have liver issues see a doctor. That leaves creatine which does not really hurt your body and is not expensive.

I use n2guard so I don't stack 30 supplements, usually spend $250/mo on supplements, that's health so important.

$500 is way too much, main supplements should come from food and specialty supplements are very affordable at N2BM, I use their products monthly for over 8 years
