when i workout i notice pain in my lower back and side, i went to the doctor and he had me do bloodwork and he said i had kidney problems and i should stop weight training. is there a supplement i can take that will help with the kidney's ? i heard that cranberry juice is good but it has a lot of sugar.

it is easy to confuse pumps with kidney pain

your doctor cannot diagnose kidney problems from bloodwork especially since you lift weights so if you really want to find out you need to see a specialist

Okay, here's the deal. There is excess creatinine that is excreted with exercise which will raise the levels but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, HOWEVER...there are other factors that affect kidney health. Blood pressure is one of them. Do you know what yours is? And of course, toxins. There aren't too many things you can do for kidneys and they're not exactly easy to replace, so i'd say take care of this right away. Baking soda helps to clean the kidneys and some of the ingredient sin N2GUARD will definitely help. Beyond that, water, water and more water. Never get dehydrated.
