The word “healthy” gets under my skin. All natural earth whole foods are “healthy”. I prefer “nutritious”, that I can get behind. Like when someone sees you eating natural foods they say, “oh you like to eat healthy?”. What if I went up to someone eating fast food and said, “oh, you like eating like a fat ass?” Idk why it irritates me so much

Healthy? Probably not. Are the macros good? Possibly depending on your goals. People tend to confuse health and fitness. They are too very different things. Fruits are healthy. So is healthy fats like certain oils and avocados, but consuming lots of healthy fats and carbs beyond your targets will make you fat regardless of the source. That's just science and how macros work
