    PWO bulking

    This might be a silly question, but, when bulking, my PWO is as such, 60g Dextrose, 5g Creatine and 5g Arginine. Would it be worth it to throw a bcaa supp like Xtend in there too, or is that a bit much?

    I highly recommend avoiding dextrose. sugar is a magnet to disease and it will only make you fat. it isn't going to bulk you up the right way.

    I would lose the preworkout, as dextrose isn't really a great add. Its unlikely you need BCAAs unless your diet is very lacking.

    I would always look for something that has no sugar. Overall its just a healthier idea.
