    Quick weight gain

    Please can anybody explain me which gainer should i buy to get on weight quick and well? should i buy whey or mega mass ? what is better ? just say the name of the product!thank you very much!!!

    Weight gainers are garbage, and you shouldn't be putting that in your body unless you just want to get fat and disgusting. Putting on quality muscle takes time, and you need to eat a good diet of clean whole foods and train hard

    Ypu do not want gainers and you dont want to put on weight quick. Quick weight is bad weight. Muscle takes a long time to build. Eat more whole clean food

    I would also recommend eating more food. The weight gainers really arenít good and are full of sugars and preservatives. I would stick to clean whole foods completely!

    I get it but instead of mass gaining protein, should I add creatine bcaa and fish oil? That with a good diet will help me to gain great size right? I want to make sure Iíve got it all down right.

    Slow lean sustainable gains are what I recommend. It's harder to keep gains that are put on too quickly because they are more likely to be fat and water.
