    Recovering a twisted knee

My wife fell on the stairs about 1 month ago and twisted her knee. Now she has full range of motion, but she still experiences a lot of pain. Does anyone have any advice?

I'm thinking about glucosamine and perhaps a omega-3 supplement. Any other options?

Those are both good choices, and the most important thing is that she rests and rehabs it as well

Again I agree with PON. A good joint product (N2JointRX) and lots of rehab.

Both are good choices, but do not forget to rest the knee, don't put a lot of effort on it.

You have to check in with a doctor, that's what I think
