    Safest gainer ?

    Hi

    I have taken muscle juice i'll post a link so you know what i'm talking about ( http://www.nzmuscle.co.nz/images/MuscleJuice.gif ). I gained about 10 lbs using more than 1 tub (wasn't using it properly and had bad habbits). Then i started to take PROMASIL ( http://www.purepowerhockey.com/compo...22a16dfab5.jpg ). After all that I just all together stopped taking supplements because I hear news about people having kidney failures, i'm not sure about liver but I think they harm the liver. Will the muscle juice make me gain muscle or just fat? It also has alot of sugar in it I don't know why. I would prefer one that has less sugar also.

    What i'm trying to get at is which supplement should I take to help me gain muscle without being harmed.

    P.S. I will be playing soccer 1 day a week and I burn a lot of calories doing so

    Weight gainers are more or less garbage. Eat real food.

    they put sugar on there because sugar is a magnet to obesity.. so yes you will gain a lot of mass but it won't be good mass lol. you might as well go buy a cheap tub of that cheap ice cream i see obese people do at walmart and eat that and get the same results for much cheaper

    Usually gainers are just the normal " protein shakes " but just with way more sugar.
    So, if you know this, why would you go for a lot of sugar?
