    Saving money on protein

Instead of buying two types of protein, whey concentrate or isolate during the day and casein for before going to sleep (because it`s slow digesting), isn`t it the same thing if one just buys regular whey, but before going to bed has his shake mixed with milk, which will slow digestion a great deal?

A bit yes. Or adding carbs. Or eating food.

the supplement companies have you under their spell if you believe you need to take whey during the day and then before bed because 'it is slow digesting'

that thing started in the 80's by Joe weider and has been parroted ever since. Joe weider also was sued for millions by the FDA for misleading consumers. his supplements weren't even labeled correctly in a lot of instances and since he owned the mags he could push these products down peoples throats.

the truth is REAL FOOD, and you can use n2generate to give you a boost. fuck fart powders.. they tear up your stomach and they are heavily processed

Quite frankly, you should stick to real whole foods in the first place. The powders can be a nice addition when you need to supplement more in a pinch and keep your calories lower, but you definitely don't need them.

You domt need to types of protein. Thats just a scam. Stick with just whey if you need to supplement protein but whole food is best. And do not use milk. Thwt shit does more harm than good

You dont need to have mutiple times of proteins. Just make sure you hit your macros. Thats the best way to know if your getting your protein content.
