Lightbulb Scivation Xtend after I got injured

I hurt my knees squatting and to top it off my elbow is killing me. Seems like a serious injury, I see swelling a bit. Taking time off from training. Would drinking Scivation Xtend help me recover after my injury?

I don't see how a preworkout product like Scivation Xtend would help you recover.

Good stack here for healing. I would also look into tb500 as well.

BCAAs can be great for recovery, but so can a very good diet, which is even more important alongside with the right rest and TIME! Ostarine can also help aid your recovery as well
