How many servings should a 90kg male be eating on the daily ? And how much constitutes a serving?

technically you don't have to eat any fruit a day or any food for that matter.

plenty of people do not eat any fruit or veggies and live a long time. are they healthy? usually no lol.. but you can survive eating processed shit. so your question is very generic

now as far as gym rats and athletes. fuck yeah fruits should be part of your daily diet. pick the most watery fruits. papaya, pineapple and melons are very watery and awesome. and then berries i don't care what anyone tells you are the healthiest thing you can put in your body that isn't a veggie. i wish i could grow berries

I recommend 1-2 servings of fruit per day.

Fruit is very healthy, but it's much higher in calories and sugar then vegetables. Vegetables should make the base of your diet.

Most days I don't. It's good clean food vs specific foods per day

Its only a boost to eat 1-2 servings of fruit and vegetables if you can. I make sure to get my veggies in just because I really enjoy them.

I prefer to just eat 1 serving of fruit per day. That way I can eat any fruit I want because I am keeping it to 1 serving. Today is the exception…...had 2 cups of grapes because they were fantastic!

You just went off the deep end bro. 2c of grapes? You are an animal!

Every day. Today after a run I ate watermelon. I thought about it the entire run, lol. I couldn’t wait to have it. It was so yummy and juicy.

I eat fruit every single morning and after every workout.
