Should i take vitamins daily?

I see a lot of commercials on TV where they talk about how old are people should be taking vitamins everyday. I am in my late fifties and getting to that age where I have to start thinking about doing stuff like that. Do you recommend I do it or should I just stick to my normal Supplement Plan

Not sure what your supplement plan is, but normally you have to take supplements daily, very important to your health
