Can someone recommend a good sleep supplement to take before bed. Lately iv been having problems falling a sleep and have been popping Tylenol PMs like tic tacs... Does the job bu that cant be good.

I would look to see if anything major changed in my routines or daily life, and see if maybe adjusting those helps you get back to a better sleep pattern. Also avoid stimulants at least 6 hours before bed time.
