    Solving these issues?

    I am in serious pain the following two days after squats. Not in my muscles, but my knees, shoulders, and elbows.

    Does anyone else have this problem?

    Any remedies?

    U on cycle? Did u crash Ur estrogen? Leading to joint pain? Maybe. More info.

    Pain in all of those joints sounds like it may be attributable to bad form possibly

    Knees I understand but if you have pain in your elbows and shoulders you probably need to widen your grip on the bar. I always recommend a wide grip on squats

    That definitely helped me with low bar squat shoulder pain, with the addition of thumbless grip
