Something to counter workout fried cns

What supp will help give me better endurance about 40 minutes into a work out. I left pretty heavily and after about 30 minutes my CNS is pretty fried. Do I simply need Gatorade or electrolytes or is there something to extend my endurance. it's not so much muscle fatigue but central nervous system fatigue.

very vague question but sounds like you have low blood sugar, has nothing to do with CNS

eat a sweet potato on the way to the gym and have a decent pre workout meal

lets say you are accurate though, in this situation I am not sure how heavy you are lifting but you need to start implementing deload sessions.. going in there every workout and throwing around heavy weights is a fast way to wreck your body, you need to get in deloads too

Agree ^^ make sure you have a deload that works for you.. I sip gatorade while I workout and make a trip to the water fountain and refill halfway with water

First of all, you got to make sure you have a decent pre-workout meal, then, you can also add some pre-workout supplement, like the DSpark.

Make sure you are properly fueled and hydrated leading into the workout. 60-90 minutes before your workout make sure you are eating a small meal with a high quality protein source and carbohydrates.

It sounds like you are experiencing a bit of adrenal fatigue. Have you been over using stimulants, pre workout, fat burners, coffee etc?

I would take some time off all stimulant based products and give your body a bit of a rest. Look into the non-stimulant based pre-workout D-spark.

Listen to your body. If it is telling you that it needs a rest, it probably does. A de-load week where you train at 70-80% your regular poundages lifted might be exactly what you need.
