    Stimulating hunger

    Are there any good and safe supplements that stimulate hunger? Every time summer hits, my appetite goes to hell. It took me an hour this morning to force down a small bowl of cereal, shuddering at every spoon. I'm having a hard time eating half of what I was eating in the winter when I started working out. I had great gains and now I haven't put on any weight at all int he last two months. Is there anything I can take to help me with this?

    Ghrp-6 or ghrp-2 is some very good peptides that would help in this department..I used to use them quite often but unfortunately they make me go hypo, and no matter what I cannot quench the hunger.. it takes a good session with pounding food just to get rid of that quenching desire for food.. some guys don't feel it as extreme as I do, 100-150mcg 30 minutes before each meal is a good start..

    but low appetite can mean a bunch of things, it can mean that your body is asking you for a break from food. sounds like you need to do a fast here

    I usually have a hard time getting hungry after big workouts. I was curious what others thought about this. I have had alot of success from smoking weed and getting hella munchies. This has been a god send for me!

    Try eating some candy before your session, it may lower your BS levels on-top of exercise induced hypoglycemia come post workout, this will give you a craving for carbs/nutrients after your session.. gummie bears are a great chose, or even fruit, like a glass of orange juice..
