    Stomach issues

    Just getting started trying to transform. I have tried 3 different whey supplements for post work out and they have all made me sick at my stomach. Would a BCAA alone, such as USP Labs Modern BCAA, be enough for a recovery type of supplement? Does anyone have any suggestions? Please help

    In almost all cases, a good clean diet is more than enough for recovery. Supplements are rarely needed.

    Just eat actual whole foods after your workout. Eat a meal

    neither of those help recovery sorry. you are believing the bullshit

    and isn't it amazing how even after whey protein made you sick, you kept trying different ones? just the fact it was upsetting your stomach would significantly affect your recovery since our digestion takes up the majority of our bodies energy during the day.. now take that situation and apply it now to all your foods and drinks. if you did that your recovery would improve 5 fold

    Just take a small protein snack (a little tuna for example).

    I recommend high quality whole foods. You don't need those supplements.
