    Strength gain on zinc ?

    Can you gain strength with taking zinc ? because after i had been taking zinc
    for a while i found that i had much more strength than before.

    Perhaps you had a zinc deficiency beforehand

    I never tried zinc before training, I eat good 2-3 hours before training, a lot of cereals with water and gives me a lot of strenght on the training

    I doubt is has much of anything to do with the zinc. Just coincidental

    If ur natty zinc can help a little with test. Particularly if u were deficient.

    I think d-aspartic acid is the only real thing that naturaly increases test with science backed data.
    Tribulous and macuna pruriens(natural L-dopa) can increase libido, energy and well-being. Making it seem like increased test, but it doesn't... From studies iv read anyway.
