    Super combo stacks

    I want to find stuff to mix in with my blended protein shake that will give it an extra edge ( more protein or vitamins and minerals). What are some home made shakes you guys usually drink?

    Im taking chocolate protein ultimate from beyond nutrition. 26g of protein per scoop. low caloires, low carbs.

    If you guys have Any scrumptious combinations that are benefitial to me i would like to know please

    Good whole foods are your best bet to get the edge. Supplementing 5g of creatine monohydrate every day is a good add too.

    Add a multivitamin in but mostly make sure you are eating a good clean balanced diet

    shakes and smoothies are one of the biggest scams out there. the truth is when you break down the fruit or veggie into a shake you are also breaking down the nutrition and it is an extra processing stage that is counter productive. eat WHOLE FOODS. forget the shakes and smoothies. and to top it off if you buy a smoothie they will add sugar to it making it completely unhealthy anyway
