    Supp research

Ive been lifting for around a year now, I've been having some decent gains.
I am only on protein powder at the moment.
I have been taking creatine mono, which has been working, but im looking for something a bit more advanced. Im looking for supplent/s that are NO and something helping with pumps/strength.
Suggestions would be greatly appeciated. I'm researching this too, I would just like to see everyones input
    Thanks.

For strength basic creatine product is your best option. Pumps products, in my honest opinion are overrated and I don't think anyone needs them.
Feeling the muscle is obviously a good thing but I still think many people put too much emphasis on this.

Check out M1 Mk from manned nutrition. It's a very powerful test booster with one hell of a formula
