There's no such supplement. St John's Wort seems to level out some peoples mood but unless your depression is chemically caused and not mental it won't help. You need to treat the cause not the effect

Some are caused by Drugs or Alcohol.
Hypothyroidism is even known to cause Depression in some Individuals.
So 1st thing is to get a Diagnosis from a Professional.
You may not need Therapy, it could be simply to change your Habits.
Things to do that may help, till you get Diagnosed.
Get into a Routine.
Set Goals.
Exercise.
Eat Healthy and get enough Sleep.
