There's no such supplement. St John's Wort seems to level out some peoples mood but unless your depression is chemically caused and not mental it won't help. You need to treat the cause not the effect

    Depression has many Causes.
Some are Organic, that cause Changes in the Brain Chemistry.
Some are caused by Drugs or Alcohol.
Hypothyroidism is even known to cause Depression in some Individuals.

So 1st thing is to get a Diagnosis from a Professional.
You may not need Therapy, it could be simply to change your Habits.

Things to do that may help, till you get Diagnosed.
    Get into a Routine.
    Set Goals.
    Exercise.
Eat Healthy and get enough Sleep.

Depression is a serious medical condition that needs professional help. If you feel that you are suffering from depression, book an appointment with your doctor and ask for a referal to a psychologist.

Don't look at drugs or supplements to fix this issue. It can be a lot more complex than that. Definitely get an appointment so you can stat to talk to someone about your concern.
