Supplements for healing skin tissue after cuts from a fight.

I need to know if there is something I can take to help two cuts on my forehead heal faster.
I'm going on a trip with my in 10 days and I have two nasty cuts I got during a fight last week. I got 3 stitches in one and 6 stitches on the other side.

We are going to be at the beach and boating and I just don't want to deal with these still healing. Any ideas guys?

i'll be honest bro, i went to my wife on this one for you because there's no real magic supplement for this... here is the method she gave me for you...

at night, EVERY NIGHT use PURE vitamin E oil on your cuts... then in the daytime, you need to REGULARLY use sunblock that is HIGHER than 30 spf... rub it on a few times a day... DO NOT mix these together... use the vitamin E oil EVERY night bro... she said this will enhance healing to the highest extent and I assure you, she knows her shit on these types of things... good luck brother
